Employees may elect life insurance coverage on their spouse. You can purchase coverage in increments of $5,000 up to a maximum of $50,000. Your spouse’s coverage cannot exceed 50% of the employee benefit and you must elect coverage on yourself before you can elect spousal coverage.
Full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week.
Dependents who are eligible for benefits are as follows:
– spouse to whom you are legally married
– ages 18-69
First of the month following or coincedental with date of hire
